We are looking for you for the Depression & Anxiety Ward at the Winterthur location
Deputy Ward Manager 80 - 90%
Tasks
- Inpatient psychiatric care of patients aged 25 - 65 years
- Key worker role within the interprofessional team including nursing diagnostics
- Planning, conducting and leading group therapies and family discussions
- Assuming organisational tasks within the interprofessional team
- Integrative work within the interprofessional treatment team and implementation of progressive treatment concepts
- Deputising for the ward manager
- Shaping change processes and team development
Profile
- HF / FH nursing diploma
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatric nursing advantageous
- Experience in leading group therapies and psychoeducation desired
- High professional and personal competence with good communication skills in spoken and written form
- Composure, solution-oriented and integrative action as well as assertiveness and resilience
- SRK recognition required for foreign diplomas
