Your new job

• Responsibility for the conception and independent execution of risk-based controls and special audits including the creation of concise and target-group-appropriate reports and reports
• Development and implementation of data-driven analyses to identify significant risks early and support the derivation of appropriate risk-reducing measures
• Preparation and conduct of workshops and training sessions with the aim of raising awareness of risk issues and appropriate measures
• Active contribution to the further development of the integrative Risk/Compliance framework within the Group, especially in new (compliance) topics and bank-wide projects
• Management and ongoing development of the GRC tool, including maintenance, quality assurance and user support

What we benefit from

• Completed studies in business or law with initial relevant professional experience or comparable qualification, e.g. as a trustee or Certified Auditor, with sound experience in auditing or in managing risk-based internal control systems
• Ability to quickly grasp regulatory requirements and translate them into recommendations for action, taking into account your knowledge of the core processes of a bank
• Courage to question existing frameworks, develop new approaches and successfully drive their implementation involving relevant stakeholders
• Proficient use of data analysis and AI tools and methods. Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SQL or Python) is an advantage
• Confident and targeted communication in German and secure handling of stakeholders at all levels
