About the job
Your tasks include
- Deputising for and supporting the ward management in all tasks
- Responsibility for and execution of the comprehensive implementation of a complete care process within the framework of key worker work
- Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Support in crisis situations
- Conducting complex conversations with relatives
- Responsibility for and shaping of interprofessional collaboration
- Practical training of apprentices and students: guiding, accompanying and supporting
You bring with you
- Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH
- Experience in caring for patients with mental illnesses
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Good networked thinking
