For the Bereuter Group, we are looking for a committed Finance & Payroll Specialist who takes responsibility, works in a structured way and fits well into our team with their likeable manner.

In this versatile role, you support our finance department in daily business and contribute to important processes around accounting, payments, closings and payroll. You ensure that numbers are correct, deadlines are met and processes run smoothly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Collaboration in financial accounting as well as in accounts payable and receivable
• Support with payment runs, monthly and annual closings
• Participation in monthly payroll processing
• Maintenance of personnel and payroll data as well as support with social security matters
• Guidance and supervision of our commercial apprentices in the finance area

You have a commercial basic education and have already gained experience in financial accounting, accounting or payroll. Further training in finance, payroll or social security is an advantage or you are motivated to develop in this direction.
