For our new Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking for a/n immediately or by arrangement
Your Tasks
- Ensuring quality care and support for our patients as well as accompanying them on their rehabilitation journey in collaboration with a nursing professional
- Constructive and situation-appropriate collaboration with the interdisciplinary and committed team
- Co-responsible for the administrative, logistical, and housekeeping matters of the station
- Assisting in the training of FaGe and AGS trainees
- Responsibility for material and medication management as well as orders, equipment maintenance, and order in the station rooms
- Planning and coordinating transports, processing station mail and emails
- Maintaining lists and documents as well as supporting admissions and discharges
- Collaboration with technology, logistics, and IT via ticket system
- Preparing admissions and discharges
- Organizing internal errands

- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- You enjoy working interdisciplinary, with unified concepts, and are responsible
- You are open to changes, eager to learn new things, and are committed and resilient.
