For our new Rehabilitation Center St. Gallen, we are looking for a/n immediately or by arrangement

• Ensuring quality care and support for our patients as well as accompanying them on their rehabilitation journey in collaboration with a nursing professional
• Constructive and situation-appropriate collaboration with the interdisciplinary and committed team
• Co-responsible for the administrative, logistical, and housekeeping matters of the station
• Assisting in the training of FaGe and AGS trainees
• Responsibility for material and medication management as well as orders, equipment maintenance, and order in the station rooms
• Planning and coordinating transports, processing station mail and emails
• Maintaining lists and documents as well as supporting admissions and discharges
• Collaboration with technology, logistics, and IT via ticket system
• Preparing admissions and discharges
• Organizing internal errands

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
