What you can achieve
- Professional nursing care and advice for our patients and their relatives
- Collaboration in the normal daily nursing routine within the team
- Professional supervision of up to two HF students and ensuring the learning process as well as the quality of training
- Content planning and design of internships
- Close cooperation and joint project implementation with the vocational training manager of the Department of Education & Training as well as the vocational trainers
- Participation in meetings and workshops within the framework of the shared leadership team
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a certified nurse HF/FH
- Experience as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete additional pedagogical training
- Experience in caring for hematological patients is an advantage
- Pedagogical skills and enjoyment in supporting and accompanying learners and students
- Willingness to continue education and training in vocational education committees
