Your area of responsibility:

• Ensuring high-quality care – even in suddenly changing, complex care situations
• Promoting the existing resources of our clients to maintain autonomy and quality of life
• Close collaboration in the interdisciplinary Spitex team with somatic and psychiatric care as well as housekeeping and social support
• Promoting professional cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other specialist agencies
• Taking over daily responsibility (alternating)
• Participation in night on-call duties in complex care situations only for nursing specialists HF (night on-call only occasionally)

For this role, you bring the following:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or FaGe EFZ
• Some professional experience (experience in Spitex not mandatory!)
• Enjoyment of the nursing profession in the outpatient sector
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
• High professional, communication, self, and social competence
• Time flexibility and high psychological as well as physical resilience
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
• Good IT user skills
• Further training in Palliative Care A2 (or willingness to complete this as paid further training)
