Care Assistant SRK / AGS EBA
YOUR TASKS- You accompany our residents through everyday life and help to preserve their dignity and self-determination
- You implement care and support measures responsibly and document them
- Your work in housekeeping ensures a well-kept and hygienic living environment
- You actively participate in the assessments in the RAI-/RUG system
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training as a Care Assistant SRK or Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA
- Empathy and the ability to convey care and calm to residents even in stressful situations
- You have a team-oriented way of working and an interest in the continuous improvement of care quality
