Your Tasks
- Development of the social network for people with psychiatric illnesses
- Consultation of patients and their reference persons on personal, professional, legal, and financial matters
- Coordination and exchange with social services of municipalities, child and adult protection authorities, specialist offices/persons, employers, and insurance companies
- Co-organization of optimal follow-up care after hospital stay
- Collaboration in tandem within an interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- Certified Social Worker FH
- Professional experience in psychiatry or healthcare is an advantage
- Team player, resilient, flexible, independent and reliable working style
- Willingness to participate in the implementation of the station's recovery concept
