THE EXCITING TASKS AWAITING YOU

· Ensuring the operational readiness and availability of all building and infrastructure technology

· Carrying out repair, maintenance, and servicing work on building technical

systems and equipment

· Preventive maintenance work according to maintenance and inspection plans

· Fault analysis and independent troubleshooting at support levels 1 and 2

· Ensuring the energy supply of the site (electricity, compressed air, municipal water, and other media)

· Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary)

· Supervision and monitoring of ventilation, monoblock, and filter systems

· Support in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems

· Ensuring the operational readiness of fire alarm systems,

fire extinguishing systems, and other fire protection equipment

· Supervision and monitoring of intrusion protection, access control, and security systems

· Maintenance and monitoring of lighting technology as well as support in the operation

of the KNX network

· Ensuring the operational readiness of lift systems

· Maintenance and care of outdoor facilities, green areas, trees, shrubs, and plantings

· Participation in on-call duty according to deployment planning

· Performing first interventions in case of faults and emergencies outside regular working hours

· Initiating appropriate immediate measures to restore system availability

THESE QUALITIES COMPLETE OUR TEAM

· Completed technical basic training with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ),

preferably in electrical engineering, building technology, facility maintenance,

HVAC or a comparable technical profession

· Several years of professional experience in technical building maintenance,

facility management, or technical servicing

· Good knowledge of technical building systems and infrastructure

· Basic knowledge in electrical engineering, HVAC,

building automation, or security technology

· Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting of technical systems

· Understanding of energy supply systems and building technology contexts

· Independent, structured, and responsible working style

· High service orientation as well as pronounced safety and quality awareness

· Driving licence category B

· Willingness to participate in on-call duty (mandatory requirement)
