Carpenter - Project Manager with Leadership and Controlling Responsibilities

• Management of the executive board including controlling and financial responsibility
• Leadership of the planning department with a focus on standardisation and CAD
• Supervision of production and infrastructure in daily operational business
• Responsibility for IT and ERP systems (Borm)
• Active participation in the design and planning of customer projects

• Experience in leading and supporting employees
• Completed carpenter apprenticeship EFZ with further training or equivalent practical experience
• Sound knowledge of Office, IT systems, ERP and CAD programmes
• Ideally experience in costing
• Committed and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility for the Lucerne location

• Working in a cooperative and future-oriented young team
