Activities

Management of the executive board including controlling and financial responsibility
Leadership of the planning department with a focus on standardisation and CAD
Supervision of production and infrastructure in daily operational business
Responsibility for IT and ERP systems (Borm)
Active participation in the design and planning of customer projects

Requirements

Experience in leading and supporting employees
Completed carpenter apprenticeship EFZ with further training or equivalent practical experience
Sound knowledge of Office, IT systems, ERP and CAD programmes
Ideally experience in costing
Committed and team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility for the Lucerne location
