Nooch Asian Kitchen, one of the oldest food concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was founded in 2004 and has since brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland. The offer ranges from fresh noodle, rice and soup dishes to various curries. Nooch in Wetzikon, inspired by the mood "Cinema Spice", tells the story of an old cinema in Singapore's Chinatown that has become a creative meeting place for culture, diversity and bold ideas. It offers 165 cosy seats indoors as well as another 150 seats on the outdoor terrace, ideal for guests who want to enjoy a culinary break.

Team Leader Service (a) 80-100%

Your versatile tasks:

• You actively take care of our guests and ensure they have a top time with us 🥳

• As a leader, you keep our service team together and set everyone on the path to success 🚀

• Quality is no compromise for you and you take responsibility with pride 📖

• Closings, inventories and co.? You have an overview and handle it easily 📊

• New colleagues? You introduce them and get them ready for service 🙌

Your talents & experience:

• You love working with guests and making their lives more colourful 🍹

• You have a basic gastronomy education or something comparable under your belt 🎓

• Professional experience? Of course, you have a few years behind you and bring skills 💼

• Leadership experience would be a plus – if you have already led a team, even better 🚀

• Technology does not scare you: you have PC skills and are familiar with digital tools 💻
