You independently manage one of our key customers in a highly complex environment. Your tasks
- You are responsible for the care and expansion of the business with one of our key customers.
- You analyse market and customer needs and derive new business opportunities from them.
- You have a good understanding of our internal possibilities and potentials and acquire a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
- You are responsible for the entire tender process – from lead management through tender strategy to negotiations and contract conclusion.
- You work closely with bid management to successfully implement complex offers.
- You represent our business interests internally and externally and ensure clear, coordinated communication.
Your profile
- Technical education at university level or equivalent qualification combined with business management understanding or corresponding further training
- Experience with technically and legally complex, high-volume plant projects in public procurement
- High degree of initiative and assertiveness as well as intrinsic motivation through challenging tasks
- Strong ability to empathise with the customer’s perspective
- Convincing sales personality with confident appearance, strong communication skills and pronounced negotiation competence
- Structured, goal-oriented and responsible way of working
- Networked thinking as well as effective collaboration – both independently and in a team – and confident handling of dynamic situations
- Willingness to travel of approx. 30% as well as confident communication in German and English; French and/or Italian an advantage
