Business Advisor Facility Services 100%- Overall responsibility for demanding tender projects – from needs analysis through service and solution conception, offer preparation and presentation to successful contract conclusion
- Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as ensuring a high-quality, timely and competitive offer preparation
- Preparation of convincing presentation materials as well as active participation in decision-making bodies and customer presentations
- Professional advice to internal and external decision-makers on service concepts, operating models as well as commercial and strategic issues
- Development and coordination of contractual bases, management of projects throughout the entire CRM process
- Several years of professional experience in a consultancy-related role, ideally in the field of real estate, facility management or business services
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects or tenders as well as professional handling of stakeholders at management and decision-making level
- Strong analytical, structured and entrepreneurial thinking skills with high problem-solving competence as well as affinity for digital tools and processes
- Clear sales and closing orientation with pronounced commercial understanding
- Very good oral and written expression, confident appearance and negotiation skills
- Independent, responsible and results-oriented working style as well as high team orientation
- University degree (university/FH) in FM, business, finance or equivalent qualification
- German as mother tongue as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
