Subject Matter Expert Quality Support (m/f/d)

In this role, you are a member of our "Operational Services Maintenance and Utilities" department, where as a team we are responsible for supporting all quality management inquiries and challenges of the "Maintenance and Utilities" business area.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Support and handling of change requests in the Maintenance and Utilities area within the framework of optimization projects and obsolescence management
• Processing deviations (such as calibration deviations, limit violations in media monitoring)
• Contact person for media monitoring and change requests/deviations in the "Maintenance and Utilities" area during inspections as well as for all quality assurance inquiries (e.g., training on SOPs) within the area
• Processing risk analyses and preventive measures as well as providing training and information on emerging risks
• Troubleshooting in case of possible hazards
• Intensive and trusting collaboration with all stakeholders of the Maintenance and Utilities business area as well as other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and continuous system development

Qualifications & Professional Experience:

• Successfully completed studies or vocational training in the field of technology, engineering, or laboratory
• Professional experience in quality management and preferably in a GMP-regulated environment
• Experience in equipment qualification, as well as in creating and reviewing reports and SOPs
• Proactive personality who drives tasks forward independently
• Curious and solution-oriented team player with an open and positive personality
• Very good and cooperative communication and coordination skills
• Efficient and structured working style even in time-challenging situations
• Fluent German skills and good English skills (spoken and written) complete your profile
