Respectful and committed with head, heart, and hand – that is what sumia stands for. In our senior center in Sumiswald, we offer 130 residents a personal and safe home in the rural Emmental. Around 230 employees and 40 volunteers dedicate themselves daily with passion to the well-being of our residents.

• Participate in the vocational training team
• Care for and support the residents according to the reference care system
• Electronic nursing documentation (RAI system)
• Professional and educational support of 2 FaGe trainees

• Training as a Health Specialist or certified nursing specialist, preferably with experience in the elderly care sector
• Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to complete it
• Enjoy working with trainees and supporting their development
• You are characterized by empathy and social competence

• We employ you according to the collective labor agreement of the Bernese long-term care institutions
• We create your duty roster at least one month in advance
