The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our range of services extends from advisory services for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care as well as home care and support. At the Regensdorf location, we offer 54 residents a family-like environment with professional nursing care.

• Ensuring high-quality nursing care for our residents
• Checking nursing quality and implementing quality management
• Personnel, professional and organizational leadership of a team according to skill and grade mix
• Promotion and development of nursing and care quality
• Conducting regular team meetings
• Interdisciplinary collaboration including external partners such as social services, family doctors, Spitex, municipalities, etc.
• Implementation of operational guidelines

• Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in acute or long-term care
• Several years of leadership experience desired
• RAI-LTCF knowledge desired
• High social and professional competence as well as openness to new things
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
• You have pronounced social skills and appreciate interprofessional collaboration
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
