Your Profile

• You have experience in healthcare and/or customer consultation
• Ideally, you originally trained in the fields of medical massage, pharmacy/drugstore, or as a nursing assistant (FaGe)
• You are also welcome as a career changer if you are motivated to thoroughly familiarise yourself with compression care for venous and lymphatic complaints
• You enjoy direct customer contact and have no fear of physical interaction
• Digitalisation, IT, tablets, etc. are not foreign words to you
• You hold a driving licence and can be deployed flexibly

The Position

• You competently and empathetically advise our customers, ensuring they are properly cared for
• The main focus is on advising and selling circular and flat-knit compression stockings, as well as bandages and ready-made orthoses
• You look after your customers both in the shop in St. Gallen and externally in various institutions
• You maintain and expand the network with physiotherapists and doctors
• You are part of the reception team, welcoming our customers, recording their needs, and scheduling appointments
