To complete its team, the Accounting Department located in Vevey is looking for a:

Accountant - Management Controller M/F at 60%-100%

The main responsibilities of this position are

• Periodically prepare financial data for budget managers and the Finance Directorate (closures, extrapolation, and budget)
• Consolidate data from budget managers, analyse variances and support them in monitoring their budget
• Analyse and control financial and analytical accounting
• Maintain and develop tools for consolidating financial data
• Carry out specific analyses related to accounting upon request
• Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving tools and the quality of financial data
• Ensure the transition from account-type control to service-based control
• Actively participate in quarterly and annual closures
• Support managing accountants and the head of department in their activities and the implementation of new processes
• Support the medico-economic team in developing analytical accounting and statistics, as well as profitability and cost-per-case analyses

We require

• A federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification
• Very good command of Excel and ideally knowledge of Tableau (BI)
• At least 3 years of successful professional experience in the accounting field
• A positive and proactive personality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and an analytical mind
• Knowledge of the hospital sector and Opale software is a strong asset
