In our state-of-the-art Cargo Logistics Centre Rümlang, you are part of a 110-strong family. Close to the airport, you will find outstanding infrastructure, modern work equipment, and a collegial atmosphere with drive.
Your tasks
- Handling and monitoring of goods receipts and dispatches in daily operations between 05:30 and 18:30
- Management of control lists and recording of orders using SAP
- Booking and checking of exchange equipment slips
- Handling of import and export processes
- Contact person for our demanding customers and internal colleagues from various departments
- General administrative tasks related to logistics
- Support in various logistics areas as well as during inventories
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or further education
- Experience in the logistics sector
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional foreign languages are an advantage
- Team player, flexible, communicative, and very independent working style
- Polished and service-oriented interaction with various stakeholders
- Balanced personality who remains calm even in a lively work environment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Shift 1 from 05:30 – 15:00
- Shift 2 from 08:00 – 17:30
- Shift 3 from 09:00 – 18:30
