Responsibilities
• Analyze hotel performance: occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up, customer segmentation
• Assist in managing and optimizing distribution channels (Booking Engine, OTA, GDS, wholesales)
• Support the reservation team in their daily tasks
• Check new bookings entered the previous day
• Verify price consistency, availability, overbooking, and restrictions
• Conduct competitive monitoring (price benchmarking, market positioning)
• Prepare materials for revenue meetings
• Update monthly reports
• Collaborate with the Reservation, Group, Reception, Sales, and Marketing teams
Profile sought
• Student enrolled in a recognized and CCNT-approved educational institution
• Strong interest in revenue management and hotel distribution
• Comfortable with numbers and data analysis
• Good command of Excel
• Rigour, organizational skills, and analytical mindset
• Curiosity, proactivity, and ability to work in a team
• Professional English required (another language is a plus)
