Your Tasks
- You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
- You will advise and support our clients and their relatives
- You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s home
- You will create care documentation and individual care plans
- Other staff will instruct, advise and coach you
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
- You are resilient, flexible and used to working independently
- A company vehicle is provided and you reside in the St.Gallen region
