Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH 60–80 %

Your tasks

- Care and support of clients in their homes
- Management and co-design of the care process
- Implementation of treatment nursing measures
- Professional assessment of complex care situations
- Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and relatives
- Support and guidance of staff in daily routines

Your deployment

- Shifts during the day service
- Shifts Monday to Sunday according to duty roster
- Planning in the team with clear structures
- Combination of nursing and coordination tasks
- Office hours are taken into account in the duty roster

Your profile

- Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
- Enjoy working independently and responsibly
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Experience in Spitex is an advantage
- Driving licence category B
