Personnel Consultant RAV Wattwil (m/f/d)

• Advising and placing job-seeking individuals
• Conducting and recording counselling sessions
• Developing and agreeing on appropriate reintegration strategies and qualification measures with job seekers
• Collaboration with internal specialist departments (labour market measures logistics, legal service, employer service, etc.)
• Checking compliance with legal requirements and initiating sanctions in cases of abuse
• Carrying out all administrative tasks related to the activities

• Commercial basic training or apprenticeship with commercial further education
• Federal diploma as HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or willingness to undertake further training as an HR specialist (specialisation B)
• Professional experience in personnel placement, personnel consulting, demanding customer consulting, or close relation to social insurance
• Empathetic and solution-oriented communication with a wide range of interlocutors from various social and cultural backgrounds
• Flexibility and willingness to work at the RAV locations Wil and Rapperswil if required
