- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable.

- Good command of German (at least B1 level) and ISO code knowledge.

YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Setting up and operating large CNC lathes Seiger SLZ1500 with a Siemens SINUMERIK 840 DL control system
- Assisting with process optimisations as well as developing and implementing corresponding improvement measures
- Independent measuring and quality control
- Task: Turning of drive and running wheelsets (reprofiling), tyres
- Operating the wheelset press, assembling drive and running wheelsets
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or equivalent
- Professional experience in CNC machine operation, preferably in profile machining
- Solid knowledge of ISO codes
- Reading and understanding NC codes and technical drawings
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B1)
