Livesystems is one of the largest marketers of digital outdoor advertising in Switzerland. The company has been part of Swiss Post since mid-2021.

We are represented at 9 locations throughout Switzerland, with over 80 employees. The digital out of home advertising spaces address an active and mobile population and reach around 4.5 million people weekly (net reach 64%) with over 46 million gross contacts. Currently, more than 13,000 screens are available at various locations and in different environments.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated person for our location in Liebefeld BE

immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks and responsibilities

As a Senior Business Controller, you are not only responsible for numbers but also support management with data-based analyses and sound decision-making foundations. You recognise opportunities and risks early and make an important contribution to the sustainable development of our company.

• You analyse business development and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You create meaningful reports, dashboards, and management analyses.
• You accompany budget, forecast, and planning processes and challenge assumptions and developments.
• You develop business cases, profitability calculations, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• You identify potential improvements in profitability, efficiency, and corporate management.
• You work closely with the specialist departments and position controlling as an active business partner.
• You contribute ideas for the further development of our reporting, BI, and data landscape and implement these together with the specialist departments.
• You support cross-departmental projects in finance, digitalisation, and process optimisation.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Completed studies (FH/University) or advanced training with a focus on finance, controlling, or accounting
• Several years of experience in business controlling
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of economic contexts
• Enjoy deriving concrete recommendations for action from data
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with BI and reporting tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Interest in data, automation, digitalisation, and AI
• Very good German skills and good English skills
