For our client in Zurich, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as a Machine Operator Laser Punching (m/f) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your future tasks:

• You will independently process orders on our laser and water jet machines and take care of proper packaging as well as the associated documentation according to the management system.
• You support deadline monitoring and coordinate machines and resources. If necessary, you are willing to work shifts or be relocated.
• You take co-responsibility for order, cleanliness and tidiness of the production and storage areas in your work area.
• You represent AVOR during absences and take over the creation, management and archiving of the machine programmes and production specifications required for production according to the management system.
• You plan and coordinate our orders and organise the shipping of our products with the in-house freight forwarder.
• You support preventive maintenance and servicing of our production machines and systems.
• You consistently apply our management system within the machine team and implement the corresponding requirements.
• You also support other workplaces in the service centre if required.
• You take on substitute tasks in logistics during absences or as needed.

Your profile:

• You have a technical basic education and ideally several years of professional experience in the field of machine sheet metal processing.
• You bring experience in handling laser systems as well as in creating machine programmes.
• You have basic CAD knowledge.
• You hold a valid forklift licence.
• You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
• You are characterised by good social skills and enjoy working in a team.
• You work independently, reliably, resiliently and loyally.
• You have a quick grasp and good technical imagination.
