We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager to coordinate and optimize processes within our Supply Chain Management unit. In this role, you will collaborate with Operations, Planning & Fulfillment to ensure consistent and efficient SCM processes across multiple business areas, while overseeing changes, incidents, and projects within Supply Chain Excellence. You will also play a key role in driving technical transformation between IT and the business.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Process Analysis & Improvements: You identify and implement ways to improve Supply Chain processes, which involves analysing current procedures, pinpointing inefficiencies, and devising strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Project Management: You manage several projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope and you lead and motivate a project team, ensuring that all members are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Project Support: You participate in projects that have an impact or aim to optimize various aspects of the Supply Chain
- Project Planning: You define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Delivery Management: You support the team for Sunrise release activities and your own projects and change requests
- Stakeholder Management: You collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure that supply chain processes align with the overall business objectives and inform of project progress and potential issues
YOUR SKILLS:
- Bachelor's degree or work experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Project Management or a related field
- Experienced in dealing with direct customer processes
- Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills and willing to work in a fasr-paced environment
- Advanced SAP skills (SAP4Hana)
- Technical understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English & German
