About the job
We offer elderly people a safe and comfortable home – right in the heart of Ittigen. Our residence comprises 121 apartments as well as a care department with 26 single rooms. At the centre of our work are appreciation, humanity, and respectful interaction.
To strengthen our friendly care team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed Health Specialist Inhouse-Spitex (60-100%).

- Regular team meetings where not only organisational matters are discussed
- You ensure good work quality and give your all to keep our residents satisfied
- You implement care processes and monitor compliance with internal instructions (care guidelines, standards, concepts)
- You actively assist with internal projects and quality assurance
- You ensure professional, safe, and humane care and support of the residents
- You assist with the recording of residents and classification according to RAI
- You also take on daily responsibility
- Supervision of trainees
What you bring with you
- A diploma as a Health Specialist EFZ / FaSRK or DNI with high social competence
- RAI knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in long-term care
- Professional profile course or interest in supervising trainees
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Reliable and loyal working style
- Motivated, positive, and flexible personality
