Help us shape the future of our KITA. Since opening in July 2026, our daycare centre has been steadily growing. We are looking for a warm-hearted specialist who lovingly supports children, takes responsibility, and enriches our young KITA with their ideas and commitment.

We are seeking from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement a

Childcare Specialist, Childcare Focus: Co-Educator (60-80%)

Your tasks

Comprehensive care and support of the children

Planning and implementation of targeted, age-appropriate educational activities

Maintaining educational and upbringing partnerships with

parents and other caregivers

Your profile

Completed training as a Childcare Specialist (FaBe Kind) or equivalent qualification

Enjoyment in working with children and as part of a team

Interest in helping to shape a newly opened KITA
