Here is what you will do
- Project development and planning as well as technical implementation of our versatile new build and conversion projects
- Building submissions, approval procedures and tenders
- Project management across all planning phases: from initial consultation through execution planning to completion and billing
- Coordination of architectural specifications and negotiations including clarifications with authorities and specialist planners
- Schedule, cost and quality control
These are your skills and strengths
- Ideally a basic education as a draughtsperson in architecture EFZ with a completed degree as an architect HF/FH, technician HF construction planning or comparable career path
- In-depth experience in project management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards, guidelines and planning processes
- Confident handling of ArchiCAD
- Open, cooperative manner as well as a responsible and solution-oriented working style
- Enjoy working closely with contractors, specialist planners and clients from early project phases
