About the job
- Global responsibility for the expansion and maintenance of the retrofit and upgrade portfolio, in close cooperation with product management
- Global technical sales of retrofits and upgrades, in close collaboration with regional sales and service teams
- Independent preparation of offers and execution of upgrades and retrofits, including support of the service team performing the work
- Support with life-cycle issues, in close cooperation with engineering, product management and purchasing
- Technical customer support as well as field service worldwide
- Further development and promotion of the quality, speed and efficiency of processes for upgrades and retrofits worldwide
- Support in the development and maintenance of our installed base
- Development and support in defining and implementing the after-sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sustainable and profitable growth with upgrades and retrofits
Your profile
- Technical training or degree and at least 5 years of experience in technical service and/or electrical engineering, in customer service as well as in the upgrade/retrofit business
- Enjoyment of technical challenges and a results-oriented working style, combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- Experience in thermal spraying or its industrial application
- Open and strong personality with a positive and supportive mindset and very good communication skills in German and English
