We are the first fully vegan bakery in Switzerland. Our mission: to show that veganism is not synonymous with sacrifice and to make more sustainable consumption accessible to everyone.

For our new high-traffic sales point at Fribourg Station, we are looking for someone who wants to take on responsibilities, make things happen, and actively contribute to the development of Bakery Bakery.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for sales targets, personnel costs, and merchandise expenses.
• You lead, support, and develop your team, including recruitment.
• You ensure an attractive presentation of the sales point as well as compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• You interact with our customers, take care of our existing clientele, and help to develop our customer portfolio.
• You also participate in production and handle administrative tasks related to the site.

Your skills

• Professional training (CFC) and several years of experience managing a team in gastronomy.
• Cafeteria-restaurateur certificate or diploma from a hospitality school.
• Excellent knowledge of German and French.
• You enjoy a dynamic environment and can keep calm even in stressful situations.
• A positive personality, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Process awareness, entrepreneurial spirit, and economic orientation.
• Flexibility, motivation, and a desire to drive things forward.
