We are looking for open and service-oriented personalities for the role of Guest Care from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Reception and care of our guests
- Guest check-in at the reception with cloakroom service
- Operation of the cash desks
- Beverage service in the gaming area
- Technical support for gaming machines
What you bring
- Flair or experience in the service sector (hotel industry, gastronomy, sales), basic commercial knowledge is an advantage
- Communicative, open and service-oriented manner
- Good knowledge of German, French and English an advantage
- Willingness to work evening, night and weekend shifts (shift work)
- Impeccable character (criminal record and debt enforcement register without entries)
- Well-groomed appearance
