Your Tasks
- Along the entire Employee Life Cycle, you are responsible for strategic and operational HR consulting as well as supporting management and the line
- You take an active role in individual, team, and organizational development measures as well as transformation processes
- You recognize the needs of the companies you support and derive personnel-specific measures from them
- You work closely with HR services, our recruiters, and our HR management team
- In addition, you contribute to HR projects and the further development of our HR processes
What You Bring
- Solid HR training and further education in change management, organizational development, coaching, or similar
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in building technology
- Pragmatic personality who thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience in corporate structures
- Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented thinking as well as a practical approach
- Willingness to travel (supporting companies on site)
