Summary
About the Role
Duration: 6 months, with potential extension
Preferred start date: as soon as possible
Latest start date: January 2026
Major accountabilities:
You will support the M&A Finance team with day-to-day activities such as:
- Building and maintaining internal databases
- Researching public information and benchmark brokers on potential targets; build an outside-in valuation that informs strategic considerations
- Conducting industry research and competitive landscaping to facilitate M&A screening / assessments
- Conducting detailed financial analysis, build P&L and cash flows for target companies/assets
- Contributing to improving M&A processes and systems
What you'll bring to the role:
Education:
- Recent graduate (0-12 months of experience) with a relevant university master’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or any field with strong financial content). Your degree needs to be completed before the start of your internship
Skills:
- Excellent analytical skills with critical thinking abilities
- Knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial analysis of public companies
- Ability to conduct research and summarize key findings clearly
- Displays highest professionalism in an executive setting
- Agility to work under pressure in an unpredictable and demanding environment
Languages :
- Proficiency in English required, verbal and written
