Your tasks
In this versatile role, you combine academic programme responsibility with operational implementation. You design high-quality executive education programmes for the Career Development Practice, strategically develop them further and at the same time ensure their smooth execution:
- Responsibility for the content conception, quality and further development of executive education programmes in the Open Programmes portfolio for the Career Development Practice
- Ensuring a consistent and effective Participant Learning Journey with high academic standards
- Selection, management and coordination of faculty and external speakers
- Strategic further development of the programmes through analysis of market, customer and competitor trends
- Active shaping and positioning of the ES HSG programme portfolio
- Overall responsibility for planning, organisation and implementation of the programmes throughout the entire life cycle
- Ensuring a smooth process (preparation, implementation, follow-up) including coordination of all relevant stakeholders
- Support of participants and ensuring an excellent participant experience
- Responsibility for quality management, feedback evaluation and continuous optimisation of the programmes
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (marketing, sales) as well as support for cross-departmental initiatives
Your profile
- University degree (university/FH), ideally related to management, education or related fields
- Experience in executive education, continuing education, university environment or comparable service sectors
- Experience in career development
- Experience in the conception and further development of programmes as continuing education formats (instructional design, participant learning journeys)
- Strong organisational skills as well as experience in project or programme management
- High quality orientation and strong understanding of customer and participant needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate different stakeholders (faculty, participants, internal partners)
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as affinity for market and trend topics
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting (business development)
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
