Technical Group Leader Civil Engineering and Road Construction
Your Contribution with Us
- You lead the construction business in the region in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
- You develop a vision and strategy together with the team and live it in everyday work
- You are responsible for the performance and results of the branch
- You lead and develop the employees in the branch
- You acquire construction contracts and systematically look after customers in coordination with the division management
- You lead and control project and construction management for optimised project execution
- You conclude subcontractor contracts in coordination with the division management
- You negotiate with clients on key issues of construction execution, on interpretation, modification and extension of the construction contract as well as on the approval of additional claims, in coordination with the division management
- You monitor the construction process and site results
- You are responsible for work preparation and site organisation
- You actively contribute to innovation topics in construction, for example BIM
- You keep costs, deadlines and quality under control at all times
What Counts for Us
- Completed basic training in construction with further training to become a certified construction foreman or engineer or equivalent
- Several years of experience as a construction foreman in civil engineering and road construction, ideally with the desire to take the next career step
- Leadership experience is an advantage but not a must; more important is your willingness to take responsibility
- Convincing and confident appearance in negotiations
- Winning personality with a strong customer orientation
- Very good MS Office skills and experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
- High commitment and reliability
- Assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a strong goal orientation
- Teamwork, negotiation skills, flexibility as well as an independent and responsible working style complete your profile
