Dipl. Nurse / Dipl. Nurse - Spitex Elderly Care Centre Hottingen
in day and late shifts, night duty only during holiday cover or absences.

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Ensuring professional nursing care and support of residents
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day Spitex routine
• Managing complex care situations, setting up care plans through needs assessment with InterRai HC
• Providing care based on the principles of Palliative Care, Kinaesthetics, Basal Stimulation and Validation
• Maintaining electronic nursing documentation with Care Coach
• Participating in continuous improvement processes for optimal care and support of our clients

Become part of the Elderly Care Centre Hottingen, which is an operation of the Diakoniewerk Neumünster Foundation - Swiss Nursing School. It offers 150 tenants modern assisted living for the elderly. A medical practice, other medical service providers and a public restaurant complement the range of services. In total, more than 50 employees work in nursing, gastronomy, housekeeping, technical services and administration.
