In four exciting years, you will learn how to plan, build, and operate IT platforms – and how to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will learn how to install and configure servers, networks, and cloud services. You will engage intensively with IT security and data protection and develop strategies to protect systems from cyberattacks. Additionally, you will write your own scripts to automate processes and make them more efficient. When a technical problem arises somewhere, you will be there: analyzing the situation, finding the cause, and developing a suitable solution – often in direct exchange with users.

To really get started in the apprenticeship, you should bring enthusiasm for IT and technology. Logical thinking and a structured way of working will help you master even complex tasks. If you enjoy tinkering, solving problems, and working in a team, you are exactly right with us.
