Production Mechanic – CNC Manufacturing with DMG MORI

Tasks

Independently setting up and operating modern CNC lathes, especially from DMG MORI
Manufacturing demanding individual parts and small series according to technical drawings
Programming, optimising and correcting CNC programmes
Setting up and measuring tools, clamping devices and measuring instruments
Monitoring the entire manufacturing process and ensuring the required quality standards
Performing dimensional checks and documenting the test results
Identifying, analysing and resolving manufacturing issues
Maintaining, servicing and repairing machines and equipment

Requirements

Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
Professional experience in CNC turning
Good knowledge in setting up and programming CNC lathes
Experience with DMG MORI is an advantage
Confident handling of technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
Technical understanding and enthusiasm for demanding manufacturing tasks
