The LANDI cooperatives support Swiss farmers in the economic development of their businesses. Together with the brands Volg, TopShop and AGROLA, the LANDI cooperatives also supply the population in rural areas of Switzerland with food, everyday goods and energy.The LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut cooperative operates in retail, agriculture, gastronomy and the energy sector. At the locations Bätterkinden, Lohn-Ammannsegg, Utzenstorf and Fraubrunnen, LANDI Bucheggberg-Landshut is present on the market as a regional company with around 90 employees, offering LANDI shops, Shop & Bistro, an agricultural centre, drying facilities, grain collection points, petrol stations and a takeaway restaurant.

These tasks will inspire you
- You support the team leader of the garden centre/green area as a deputy
- Friendly and expert advice to our customers, competent and with heart
- Care and management of plants, garden accessories and auxiliaries
- You have a creative flair for designing sales areas & product presentations
- You actively sell our products and operate the cash register reliably and accurately
- Purchasing goods, organising and implementing concepts & campaigns
- Assisting in all areas of the LANDI shop outside the gardening season
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training in retail EFZ (Polynatura training an advantage)
- Further training or experience in the green sector, as well as manual skills
- Customer-oriented, friendly and confident manner
- Independent working style, resilient, seasonally flexible, including Saturdays
- Communicative, motivated & a team player
- Good PC skills
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (including Swiss German)
