For our client, a care centre, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed restaurant specialist.

Restaurant Specialist in Care Centre without Room Duties

- Caring for and serving residents, guests and staff in the restaurant or dining room - Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner - Preparing and tidying the restaurant (mise en place) - Distribution of food and drinks - Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP - Cashiering and simple administrative tasks - Assisting with events and banquets - Cooperation with kitchen, housekeeping and care team

- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ or professional experience in gastronomy - Friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance - Independent, reliable and team-oriented working style - Enjoyment in dealing with residents
