To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Spa Service Agent (w/m/i) 100%
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
- Reception, care, appointment scheduling, and billing of spa services with day and hotel guests
- Informing guests about the entire range of wellness services and spa facilities as well as conducting tours through the Alpine Spa
- Proactive sales of the entire product range, customer retention, cross-selling for spa treatments
- Support in acquiring and caring for our spa members
- Daily tidying up in the spa and checking the workplace
- General assistance in the spa
We are looking for an upbeat and service-oriented personality with experience in a comparable position in the international luxury segment. You come from the hotel or wellness sector, and the well-being of the guest is always your top priority. Through your training, you are familiar with the processes of a front office and preferably know about the implementation of LQA standards. We imagine an independent and motivated personality who is reliable and enjoys working in a team. You speak fluent German and English and can communicate in other foreign languages, preferably know the TAC reservation system, and have good MS Office skills.
