Spitex Canton Zug is a meaningful and valuable institution. It ensures, on behalf of the municipalities, help and care in the comfort of one’s own home. Around 300 employees are deployed to support those who are independent but still require assistance. Each year, Spitex Canton Zug visits over 2600 clients, covering a distance equivalent to circling the earth 21 times.
This is what you will do with us:
- You will be deployed as an SRK Care Assistant from 07:00 to 10:00 with our clients, supporting them with basic care and health-promoting measures under guidance.
- Subsequently, you will take on assignments as Domestic & Support Staff, assisting our clients as needed with household tasks and daily life activities.
- You accompany and care for sick, impaired and needy people in their familiar home environment, responding to their individual wishes and needs.
- With your friendly, appreciative and professional manner, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients.
What you bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in the field of domestic services, as well as experience in domestic work and care.
- You have successfully completed the SRK Care Assistant further training.
- You work independently, responsibly and reliably.
- You approach people with empathy, appreciation and high social competence.
- You are willing to learn and enjoy developing professionally.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have your own car.
