Your Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of the body shop & pipe processing department with approx. 30 employees including leadership support
• Conducting employee interviews, potential assessments as well as personnel-related discussions throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Coordinating and monitoring employee deployment as well as ensuring effective information flow within the team
• Accompanying personnel processes such as entries, personnel changes, work references and absence management
• Developing and implementing production and quality improvements in the sense of Lean Management and continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Leading and participating in cross-departmental projects as well as advising the department head on professional and personnel matters

What Convince Us

• Completed vocational training in the metalworking industry or a comparable technical field
• Proven professional experience in the relevant environment
• Further education at the level of higher technical college or equivalent (e.g. Technician HF, Technical Businessman with federal certificate)
• Leadership experience as well as pronounced social, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Very good German skills, as well as good English skills (at least B2)
• Analytical, decisive and resilient personality with high personal responsibility, willingness to change and role model function
