Your tasks
- You care for the residents individually, with heart, humour and understanding in collaboration with the professional staff
- You help shape the daily life of the residents and orient yourself to their resources
- Adherence to hygiene regulations and taking on domestic tasks
- Independent management of care documentation
What you bring
- Completed training as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant
- You have a passion for older people and their life stories
- Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and a sense of responsibility
- Good written and spoken German skills
