Production Team Leader (Manual Electroplating)

Dübendorf

Your Tasks

• You organise, control and monitor the daily workflows in manual electroplating
• You identify and resolve process deviations and disruptions
• You are responsible for leading, coordinating, scheduling and motivating a team of 12 employees
• You actively participate in production (approx. 70%) and drive continuous improvement of processes and workflows
• You work closely with production, plant maintenance, quality assurance and other specialist departments
• You document production data, prepare customer audits and participate in them

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a surface coater EFZ or comparable qualification
• Solid professional experience in surface coating
• Several years of leadership experience
• Very good German language skills
• Technical understanding and strong quality awareness
• Assertiveness as well as a respectful and motivating leadership style
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively shape processes
