Team Leader/Shift Supervisor Filling of Chemical Products (m/f/d)

• Coordination of daily operations in the filling area
• Support in deployment planning and prioritisation of orders in consultation with production
• Technical contact person for employees in filling

• Active participation in filling (e.g. plant operation, filling processes, labelling)
• Ensuring a smooth and timely filling process in coordination with production and planning
• Close cooperation with adjacent areas such as production, logistics and quality
• Active involvement in order and cleanliness in the work area

• Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. GMP, ISO, occupational safety, environmental requirements)
• Ensuring product quality according to specifications
• Support during audits and implementation of measures Safety & Environment
• Co-responsibility for compliance with safety regulations when handling chemical substances
• Promotion of safety-conscious behaviour within the team
• Participation in risk assessments and improvement measures

• Responsibility for identifying and implementing process optimisations in filling
• Analysis of workflows and development of efficiency improvements (e.g. Lean, 5S)
• Responsibility for continuous improvement and optimisation of filling plants and machines
• Participation and design in investment and improvement projects
• Contribution to the further development of production standards and technical solutions

• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and safety awareness
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Completed technical training (e.g. chemical technician, process engineering, production)
• Experience in filling or production of chemical products
• Basic knowledge of GMP/ISO environment is an advantage
• Experience in handling hazardous substances (e.g. environmentally and/or health hazardous) desirable
• Affinity for organisational tasks
