Tasks
As the case manager, you are the first point of contact for your clients and provide economic and personal assistance according to the social law of the canton of Solothurn and the guidelines of the Olten social region. Since there are no specializations with us, you support clients - in the spirit of the triple mandate - with very individual biographies in coping with their personal problems in everyday life. In doing so, you also build bridges to all other possible involved actors: offices, organizations, persons, etc.
Expectations
- Degree from a university of applied sciences for social work (or equivalent education)
- Professional experience in the field of statutory social work (or equivalent experience)
- Resilient and flexible personality
- Knowledge and experience in the commercial field
- Knowledge of the case management system KLIBnet (advantageous)
- Ability for interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
